En las orillas del lago vive una familia de patos, que se compone de cinco miembros. Uno siempre quiere ser primero. En estas páginas vemos madre lleva a sus hijos a realizar diversas actividades. Conduce a un estanque para la pesca, luego viene la hora del baño y, finalmente, es el momento para la cena. En todas estas ocasiones, el pequeño pato posado su ala y grita: "Yo primero, yo primero!". Sin embargo, hacia el final de la historia el protagonista recibe una lección.

On the shores of the lake lives a family of ducks, which consists of five members. One always wants to be first. In these pages we see mom takes her children to perform various activities. Leads to a pond for fishing, then comes bath time and finally, it's time for dinner. On all these occasions, the little duck perched her wing and shouts, "Me first, me first!". However, towards the end of the story the protagonist receive a lesson.
