Description
Bones and muscles, which enable the body to move and carry out its everyday functions, are the focus of this program. Easy-to-understand anatomical animations depict different bones and joints found in the body. The three primary types of muscles – smooth, cardiac, and skeletal – are discussed, with special attention given to their roles within the body. Tips for protecting and muscles and bones are also offered. Additional terminology includes: skeletal system,cartilage, ligaments, involuntary and voluntary muscles, and tendons.
